You haven't asked for feedbacks so I'm not sure
Maybe it's a question of colours but I think your design may use a bit more of fire. I can see the phoenix inspiration in the tail. Maybe you should incorporate something more firely in the hair or the wings, or maybe a short fire dress or something in the clothes ?
Nice start anyway, this is cool !
