Alright so I wanted to try this out, now that I finally figured how this forums work haha. So I had this idea of a fire spirit that has many hands, that was basically where I started. I wanted the character to be a god like figure, a god that you pray to and also little bit scared of. Fire is an emotional element and I though it was important to represent it into the design with the masks, the feisty, the sorrow and joyful and then the real face is calm.

this is just the first sketch form the original thumbnail so let see where this takes us.

been super busy week but I'm gonna do everything I can to finish it before the deadline !
I'm trying to focus on the focal point so at least if it comes to worst, that part should be ok hahah

Very cool concept and execution my fellow ArtSchool friend, but I think the torso looks pretty stif, I mean the lack of angle between pelvis and chest
