worked a little bit on values and details
I probably won't have time in the coming weeks to complete it

I will try to simplify composition, reduce environment part of artwork to focus more on the character
(maybe getting rid of the thunderbird mount or change it into a little companion)

Ahh this is looking awesome, and the concept is really awe inspiring good job! I hope you can find time to finish it, we have a good month left so if you do I look forward to seeing more!

This is a really cool idea! I think you could really use some atmospheric perspective to push the giant back in space so she reads as MASSIVE. Darker objects up close, lighter objects further away. Magic artists use that technique a lot. Good luck finishing!

Thanks for kind words and advices

In last weeks there was no significant progress in my entry, so i didn’t post any updates, but due to upcoming deadline I gathered myself to at least finish it.

As I said in last post, I decided to get rid of the thunderbird. Until the last moment I tried to find the right proportions and best pose, but at the end it was easier to remove than improve him.

Colors displayed by my monitor are often bit off, so I assume artwork is probably too saturated or too dark. For the rest of the time i will try to correct this and improve other details.
