The "Big Fish" design like that is an unconventional concept. Reminds me kind of a female Roadhog from Overwatch, so far.

I love your reference board !
Your composition is really cool, if I can give you an advice, be careful with the perspective at her left feet. The feet should be bigger and further from the body, right now it look a bit like she doesn't have a thigh
But great work ! I'll be looking further to see your progess
