@yorkomo
:'D I hope so hahah slowly getting there

@alexandrazapata96
Thanks!
Its who they were before they became the storm of wrath. To become more than just a human you have to give up that part. But they couldn't part with their identity so even without knowing who they are anymore they carry the past with em :> I imagine they will not attack you if you didn't do anything atrocious though. Its not like they're wreaking havoc for no reason ^^ The character is more an embodiment of an angry storm if I can put it more simple haha.

slowly getting blind to my mistakes ;__; the closer you get to end the more work you still see in the details. Although I don't know if I want the front boys to have anymore detail or I just slap a lazy motion blur or something and run.

let me know what you think about the changes :x

Wow! Very interesting!
The head in the box is super creepy, and I like how the flow of the cape works with the gathering clouds. Maybe it's a bit too close to background in value - but overall very nice!

I think there could be more indication of scale or perspective between them, possibly even some desaturation the further up the creature you go

@nesokaiyoh yes I actually have some layers turned off that do exactly that! :> just easier to work on it and plop that onto it last ^^

@rgdraw thank you!! :> <3
@arhityom haha yes I've been struggling to get the values to read well :'D I think thats what I'll try to balance the most in the last stretch ^^' getting a good read . Thanks!

I'm nearing the i don't know what to do anymore :"D I'm just constantly fixing tiny things at this point and the painting keeps looking the same ;u;
I couldn't help myself and used too much colour as usual

Not sure if this is just a song I remember or if this is a real thing people are used to hear/say but...devils are in the details :imp:
I really enjoy so much your colours, the drape and your fx wow !

Good luck for all the finishes !

He sure is :'D always hiding there
Thanks glad to hear that <3 good luck to you too!

Amazing work!!
If you don't know what to do anymore then maybe it's time to stop now :smile:
You did really great on this!! And I love the colors!

Finally then here we are! I only changed some small things from the previous upload. Since I agree this might be the right time to just submit it.
I'm not sure if its allowed to later type up some more background info when the works are being judged ^^ getting a lot of positive feedback and people interested in the background of the character.

My personal challenges for this one were really the drapery to look nice and flowy and to create a full large scale scene. I also wanted to test out drawing with texturing cheats so I did it the hard way by just spamming the round brush around. I know its not the most efficient way but it really got me back into drawing. I haven't done a proper painting in years and I'm really happy to be able to participate in this challenge and see all the other people create beautiful works too.

Anyway good luck to everyone else participating as well \^^/ I'm off for now

I'll add some small zoom ins for easy watching online haha

bye ^^ <3

Congratulations on finishing! Your champion looks godly and stunning. The variety of purples and pinks contrasting with the green is gorgeous, and I love the dynamic composition.

Thanks so much :'D I wish I had actually planned the colors haha they usually just happen somehow for me. I was actually trying to use only greenish blue hues but that quickly disappeared. <3 I'm happy how it came out in the end thanks for the support!

Haha yeah I agree ^^` decided to take you up on your advise and just submit it :> thanks for the support and good luck to you too!!

You're welcome! And thanks! I hope we'll win! :smiley:

Congratulations on completing your piece it looks amazing! I know how you felt when you came across the "I don't know what to do anymore" bit lol I also hit that about a week ago. Glad you came through though and finished before the deadline :smiley:

Haha yeah maybe it's just cause I haven't painted for so long that you're just sitting there looking at your drawing like a pikaface meme at some point.
We both did it congrats!! And good luck in the judging phase from now on :>
