Update

I decided to go with design “E” instead but I tried combining some elements from the other designs. Right now I’m deciding to either go with Deer or Moth/Elephant 🤔 Both are pretty interesting for me.

I realize both designs have great things in them so I combined Deer and Moth.
I’ll also change the name of the character to “Moth-Deer Nature” 😂

The roots that are around the Golem comes from Moth-Deer Nature’s hair which are like tree roots. I was thinking of her having extremely long hair that is able to extend and act as extra strong limbs. It also functions as the skeleton for the Golem.

I might proceed with this design 😁

I preferred moth overall but mostly because it read easier from the silhouette. It's quite complex, but nonetheless an awesome and intimidating creature O: Really love how she blends into it too. Often human/creature hybrids don't impress me much when it comes to the seamless transition between anatomies (and I know she isn't part of the creature but in terms of the transition regardless between the two)

Thank you! I like Moth's silhouette better too. But the Moth is lacking a body haha! It was just floating arms so I decided to move forward with Deer And yeah also because it looks really intimidating, it balances the calm look of Moth-Deer Nature and the aggressive look of the Golem

Really love B. Has great atmosphere, same as C. She seems a relatively calm creature so I think one of those would work best

I really like B as well it’s like she is saying “shh you will be part of Nature soon” 😅 My big concern for B is that it doesn’t show Golem/Deer enough. That’s why I am also liking the dynamic composition of D 😃

You’re right Moth is a very calm creature she is the mind and Deer is the brute force 😅

So I decided to combine B and D which are the thumbnails I really like the most. Still a line art for now. I am still yet to complete the background but the main elements are here.

I was thinking something like Moth is about to feed or give the enemy knight to Deer while the Knight pleads for his life. Might add more knights on the ground that are already been defeated.
