I was thinking of my entry entire time but had some job to do, so here is kind of midpoint.
I want to explore the idea of an element being not an undetachable character trait, but rather a wild force of nature. Controlling it would require immense strength of will and determination. So tamers would be highly respected among soldiers, but still be soldiers themselves.

Initial idea I had was about fiery falcon held with bird-hunting glove, later came the snake as equally wild and hard to read beast. I decided to go with snake since it would be easier to fit in composition.

Visual style should be "Black Company meets The Division", hope you'll enjoy my journey. =)
