I'm hoping to really stress the "war" part of my character and use the "LIGHTNING" element.

Update: just a base rendering and painting, details will come, just trying to make sure the shapes still read well.

Update: so i'm still thinking about how i'm going to portray this, I really want to avoid going down an all fantasy look, may have to do more research, been busy with family holday stuff, Happy holidays everyone!

Update: so these 2 were the results of multiple thumbnails and I feel like i have a clearer idea of where I want to take this, using the raijin inspired drums with a robotic/alien like figure as a base.

Second batch of thumbs, im starting to figure out what kind of shapes i want to have going on and the kind of story i want to tell.

Ahhhhh so I got super inspired looking at old rennaisance paintings and want to have that kind of enregy going on (ignoring my blatant disregard of the golden ratio). The Photon Empress rises to inspire her followers to freedom from their distopia.

Thanks! The idea i have is that she rallys her followers using the raijin drums that summon lightning, so more of a support unit ahaha.

Just doing some more rendering to see how the shapes read, design will be changed a lot, but at the moment i quite like the silhouette.

Added details such as some massive power leads, the one on her left will be attached to a Raijin drum which will be like amps/tesla-coils kinda.
Further progress has been slow due to school starting for me and assignments piling up aaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh......cool, we cool, will have more updates soon hopefully.
