I have been doing some explorations with some design ideas and also came up with a little description story to help with it. ( Don't know if I will able to finish this due to school work but ill try).

One of Zeus's many children, Iva the Demi-god was abused by her father but seen as a hero on earth. She was cast out due to her lack of willingness to control her power and not being 'worthy' enough. Now she helps fight wars single-handedly changing the losing side to the winning, to prove to her father her worth.

(WIP) This is how the illustration looks so far (still a bit messy). I have tried to incorporate different aspects of the concept designs into the painting because I wasn't so keen on any one-design by its self. Its still WIP so there may be a lot of changes still to come.

This is my first time doing a proper illustration before so any constructive criticism is always welcome.

I think the left arm is a little short? Otherwise, I love this concept. Did you checkout some Capoeira references?

Never noticed the arm thanks! and no I haven't checked out capoeira but after seeing it, it might come in handy so thanks again.
