Loved the idea of the sombrero! My favorite one is number three, at first I thought that the babies on top of her head are making fun of the one that can't climb, and I thought it was really funny!

I think it's a good idea, but I can't make it good 
Oh it's not incredibly clear her hair is water, I just thought it was a shade of blue. If you want it to look like water though I would recommend looking up some ref and incorporating that more into the painting, adding more reflection and refraction, darker areas and a little bit of translucency so you see the skin through it

I don't think there is a size limit or anything this time. id ask the original post if you can. looking good. also some feedback. if she is a water element or is related to water. maybe introduce some water decoration/designs on her and the little guys. like starfish, shell pattern, scales or something to tie her to the water. the colors look great and the personality is there.
