It looks like spectacular.
Left hand red lightning, right hand blue lightning. If the body color be red, it somehow lost the balance. I prefer the original gray better. Also, i suggest you can google Ivan the Terrible in Fate for reference. It is a character about Thunder too.

@tianlei I did use photo for reference on the shape and the base tone on the gold texture as I see most of the champion belt are the same pattern and shape. Anyway, I resign a champion belt taking advance on @kingtsuny and reduce the cloud texture after hearing your reminder.

@nesokaiyoh Thank you !!! I feel sorry to directly place a belt photo on my painting in order to save my time. However, there are no chance to re-do a draft, and I chose to paint over it at all with a bull and T-H-U-N-D-E-R-K-I-L-L diamond belt. I don't know whether the audience and admin accept it, but I want my painting keep at a high level and improve myself in every competiton 
I love how much of detail youre putting in the painting. If i have any comment it would be the reduction on the right thight, its seems more accuarate and muscled defined as the torso in previous updates, but maybe is just my impression.
