This time I've been working on the background to make it all look smoother, supporting the movement a bit. I removed the girl as she just didn't fit the image and I don't have the time to fix it.
I added the emblem although I don't know if its too subtle?
Going to work on the blue fire ball tomorrow 
It's not so unnoticeable that you can't see it, I didn't notice at first but with the composition and movement anyway your eye is naturally lead to it. Good work it's looking really fantastic!
Hey ! I haven't checked your post for a while. This is a really unexpected progress but definitely a good one. Very dynamic pose and beautiful landscape. I'm not sure for the emblem, if I haven't read nesokaiyoh's comment then found what was she talking about in yours I would never think there was an earth emblem, and even with this knowledge it took me a lot of time to find it. But maybe I'm just blind I don't know x')

I wasn't sure about the emblem because I wanted it to be as subtle as possible to not drag the attention to it.. that's why I placed it on his shoulder.. like nesokaiyoh said, to lead your eye to it.
But I also agree with your point Oceane_Roh! right now it's way to subtle to notice it at first or second glance..
so I'm going for something more showy on the same spot

Worked on the fire ball and added some particles, stones and details..
I changed the emblem as well but I'm still not satisfied 
going to play around with it the next days

This challenge was a blast! I had so much fun doing this golem and I really learned a lot by pushing myself to get out of my comfort zone with this one..
