My character is based on an old germanic folk tale called 'Gewitterhexe'. They're said to be dancing and singing in thunder and lightning. It's also a pretty oldschool swearword for a vixen/quarrelsome lady.

So, based on that I want her to appear kinda haughty and feisty. Also I like the idea of her dancing in the clouds, being one with them, based on that I try to incorporate the visuals of clouds and lightning in her design.

The first one looks more appropriate since she's always under the storm. 2 and 3 she seems to be the storm itself. Nice references on the top right corner.

Man, time is flying.. I'll have to see how far I get with this... ^^
Next step I took design 1 and worked on it further.
I liked the kinda clouds being her hair and emphasized on it. I tried to stay rather simple and give me some stuff to work with, for example the hair and the flying fabric, also the tattoos. I think I'll hate myself later for it.
