Ooo. He reminds me a lot of the Guardian robots from Breath of the Wild. I like the brushwork and textures.
Maybe you could tweak the perspective to make him look more dynamic? The composition looks a little flat right now (in my opinion.) Maybe shrink the volcano top and add some FG planes/plateaus at the bottom to to help give him a sense of scale. It could help make him more intimidating and colossal. Good work so far!
