I wish I could jump to textures right now, but there's a lot of cleaning and design to be made...
a small update. I like the top part with it's flame tongue shapes, so I need to define the other pats now.

It might look like nothing is changing here, but there's a lot of shape cleaning and separation is going on.
I'm also trying to design a weapon for this dude but can't decide between tower like hammer and the flamenado shaped...

nado hammer looks neat, i also like the tower, that is a tough choice, probably nado would look better and might be easier to model/retopo and texture. Nice work.

I also like nado more, and now when I brought in some skulls to armor design, I think I'll add some to the twisted flames in the weapon

I'm still polishing the design of the weapon, but this is basic idea, skulls in flames

Almost all design satisfies me now, minor things left to polish and I didn't sculpt his palms yet.

Working on my low poly. only half way through, but since I map each part to check how shading and details are hanging I can apply some light.
And I actually haven't finished it's palms high poly yet
