A bunch of references I have gathered, the plan is to have a hunter/ beast tamer from the underworld with 2 hellhounds.

The first lot of concepts, just establishing a clearer Idea of what I'm going for, Happy with the overall idea and forms are shown in the upper left. The hellhound will probably be a combination of the 3 on the right, Ill get to that next. Concepts are a little slower at the moment because Im having to use an older Wacom I'm not at used to at the moment.

Been busy lately, should have more time next week but for now I did a little more development of the hellhound and changed my mind on how the character will have a firey glow. I will play around with the proportions of the hellhound a little more when I sculpt it.

A couple of quick concepts for the weapons, had done a little bit of sketching on paper for the guns the other day too. May tweak the cartridge for the pistol a little, the idea is that it only has one shot but it is a super strong shot with a firey effect.

A couple of progress shots, one side of the pants is mostly done as I was using that as a gauge for the style I was going for, may tweak it a little more later and add a few finer details. Im not super happy with the design or the way I did the boots so I am thinking I will probably redo those so they look a little bit cleaner in design. Hands and face still need refining as well but still just getting the major details in.

I finished up the pistol and the ammo cartridge which I have then placed around the belt which still needs to be finalised. The belt and gun holster will also have stitching added when texturing.

Ended up having some other work come up so I didn't get as much done the last few days, reworked the shoes a little and did some polish on the pants, and started to block out the hair a little more.

I realised it has been a while since I posted an update so here are the final weapon textures and the hellhound as well. The hellhound still needs the flames, however, I am partway through retopo of the character and I will texture him before I get to the flames.
