After my retopo (approximately 20K tris), i choose to prepare my sculpt with color vertex to made my ID Map, that I use to color and texture on my bake ( made on Substance Painter) :
That is ID map on my 2 UVS (both 2048x2048)

Time to skin I'm so lucky one of my trainers created an autorig, I just have to adapt it to my character and to skin it
First lighting test with my posing ! I want to add a floor and an alpha with magic power for the stone on the stick, and rework the lights of course !
