I love the silhouette, with textures that are sure to look like a real spirit of nature; although I would take off the heels because it looks ridiculous.
Without a doubt what I like most about the GLADIATOR helmet!

I added a draft of details and defined ( partly) the armor line to check if everything can work...
but there is still a lot of work to be done
