Yes it is, she has a red ridding hood vibe to her for me, nice, if that is the direction i'd then go look up some of those artworks for inspiration since that hood is a dead give away to me, if this was not deliberate it appears that is the direction.

Maybe draw over the model in its current state to get more ideas? or share what you think looks good to get guidance. Otherwise nice work she looks pretty.
3Rd one looks nice for the red/dressing on the upper torso.

Initially, the prototype for my character was Desert Sorceress from Dark Souls 2.

Its description in the Russian version of the wiki:
"Beauty is a terrible force, and these girls use it to lull the vigilance of travelers and to catch them by surprise."
And this is perfect for the character I wanted to create!

The girl on the ref board is Anastasia Vvedenskaya cosplay model
