4 for me as well. Although I do like 3 as well. I guess in 4 you can already see that attitude!
thanks! i like 2 as well im just worried she might be too much and unfortently im not going for dwarf wife so she wouldnt fit my charecter so you helped me out a lot to know which one i should do on the right shes going to have a unicorn companion and i wanted to see her in a different pose besides standing.
@cedricgo thanks! that how i was feeling exactly@couteleau.quentin thanks! i love your feedback, its what i like about her too,i will try a different weapon as you suggested (im still figuring that out :P)
i will! thanks!
so ill defiantly play around a tiny bit more and yep GIANT WEAPON ^^ yeah totally how shes holding the axe will deff be a big part of the splashart aswell
yep thank you! its what im going for! her attitude :3
I think the 4th with a huge weapon from the second slung over the shoulder as on the 2nd, will be best! Sorry if it sounds a bit confusing Waiting for the final image!
Glad to see a Scottish entry. Looking forward to seeing the final design and piece.
Itβs good! would love to know what you think of the final design
Thank you so much! π
Brigidβs semi final design now Iβm linearting it and adding color, would love to know what you think?
Nice design, if youve not seen the film Brave the artwork for it might be some great referances for you. If you want a really neche scottish referance you could hide a bottle of buckfast in the illustration, like they did in the film trainspotting.

I defined Brigid a bit more and here are two color options which one do you like better?
thank you! ooooh i love that idea of the hidden buckfast!(im planning to do a few easter eggs actually ) , and ofcoure visually brave is amazing and is a refrance for my charecter!
Started my sketch for my character, would love to know what you think?
I love the dynamics, the details (roses, unicorn,...) and how you've presented her Only thing I'm not sure about is the anatomy of the unicorn. I think the chest (?) is too slim. But composition wise it's pretty cool ππΌ
I agree with @prinzmoana, the horse's body doesn't look right. Do an image search for horses rearing as reference. I like the dynamic pose, but from the position of her arm and hand (held towards the viewer, but with axe on the other side) it looks to me as if she's about to hit her poor unicorn in the head! Or at least clip its horn off. Maybe stick the axe head on the other end of the handle for a downward strike?
