I like version 2 because it's more unique! Also you can make her even shorter, like in your first drawing (4-th character). I love the idea to give her a GIANT weapon to make it like cutie "no way she's able to lift THAT up" girl)
I don't know: you don't give her a bagpipe, it's a good move to avoid cliché, or you need to use it... This decision is up to you)

I like option 2, but I also love the hair shapes in option 3. Totally support the idea of a GIANT weapon

I think the first one has the best silhouette, maybe add more shapes to 2 to break up her outline a bit more?

I tried your idea with making her a shorter girl but she didn’t feel enough of a protector as I wanted. But I love the huge weapon idea I will decently do that! That’s freaking awesome, I’m not sure about the bagpipes as you said, the feel of Scotland is really important to me and I’m not sure if without the bagpipes it’ll be enough. Thank you guys for all the feedback, it helped me come up with almost the finished design, I really appreciate all your help! So now I was trying to figure out how she would move, define her silhouette a bit try different outfits. Would love your feedback on which one makes her look the strongest and compassionate.

Second one is the most warrior and powerful! Also like third version, it have more "dwarf wife" feeling, but it's so adorable and feets her design so well! Maybe combine this two, or if you don't like this comparison, go with n. 2. Also, what happened on the right side? What os she holding in hands?

I like 2 amd 4 the most I think. Although 3 could be fun too since she looks less like a typical warrior as Brush_Tony mentionned. That could be a fun and interesting angle to go for. But in term of coolness and badassness my choice would be between 2 or 4.

I'd go with 4! Nice hair and tails with the rings, nice pipes from the back. Might switch the weapon for the 2 though.

I do also like 2 and 4. Like the weapon and elements of fur on the 2nd one and hair rings on the 4th. Try combining them together and see what you can come up with

I agree with some of the comments above, 2 looks more like a powerful warrior, 3 has an interesting take on the »warrior theme«, so I would lean more towards those two. Also, she got the GIANT weapon :D! I think it fits the character well you might want to experiment how she is holding the axe.

thanks! i like 2 as well im just worried she might be too much and unfortently im not going for dwarf wife so she wouldnt fit my charecter so you helped me out a lot to know which one i should do on the right shes going to have a unicorn companion and i wanted to see her in a different pose besides standing.

I think the 4th with a huge weapon from the second slung over the shoulder as on the 2nd, will be best! Sorry if it sounds a bit confusing
