There's a few nice compositions, but she's almost begging for more epic\action pose! I mean, your high skills are obvious, character design is solid, so why not to give some amazing action pose?

the old design looked more like a protector-healer than a warrior. So here is the new version (right version)
I think it better reflects the conceived image and fits well into the composition

Think 2 stands out the best, its also got yellow in it which is part of Ukraine flag, I believe, you would only have to include blue in the image somehow. Which is lucky as yellow and blue are great complimentary colours.

In the second sketch, I thought with stacks of wheat and traditional dolls.

I use blue and yellow as background colors - stormy sky and wheat fields. This is why they are not well represented in the concept. I tried to add them more noticeably to clothes earlier, but then the image turned out to be too colorful and a little out of the general look of the national costume. The red-black-and-white scheme seems to me to be more successful and quite strong for the central character and makes it stand out well against the background of the colors of the blue and yellow flag.

These are really hard to choose from.. probably would go for 3,4 and 8. But yes, you would need to implement the colors of the flag into your character to make it as obvious as possible. Try substituting red with blue and adding yellow accents - see where that takes you.
