Thank you so much! And yes, that's a shield. The idea was to have the sliding attachment of the arm hook into different notches depending on the preferred position of the shield. Obviously, if I end up picking this design, I will do mechanics call-outs. Seemed unnecessary yet considering I haven't settled on the final design yet.
As for shoes, those are bouncy balls with shock absorbers in the back. I see them used a lot in modern robotics (Boston Dynamics put them on their dog robot 
). I thought that would be a cool idea for a fast moving flat terrain enforcer unit.
@drdarum I agree, I do need more Ukrainian patterns. Possibly making the projected shield into a definite Ukrainian symbol shape. Can never be too obvious with your designs, right?
