Just got finished with the concept, is just a quick draft about the char, the pose, some colors, and the separation of objects inside the mesh, so I can do it all in the right way and pattern, I will have to make a lot of feathers, so this is going to be interesting after all.

12 days later

hardly having time to work on my sub, but I finally got where I wanted, I'm going for a more block type of modeling inside ZBrush, maybe a may retopology with a substance paint on to it, or something in poly paint inside ZBrush with a pos production inside photoshop to by myself a good time at the closing, but still want to make a low poly retopology and a rigging to make a few poses and all, so here is where we are at in the sculpt:

a few more advance, i do think is time to retopology, just some minor changes and we are good to go.

Just got out of a 3 days retopology process, I need a good addon for that and it is for yesterday, got my model painted and now I must not forget to get the bow and the arrows for him! after that is the rig, pose and render, and some touches in photoshop in a few levels and we are done, maybe 2 to 5 days of work ahead! I do am planning to make a darker set, less light, and more direction as well with a dim ring light in the back.

already with renders ready, i got here just the pose and setting and the separation of the objs inside the scene, it was not hard to rig with rigify and render with eevee from Blender 3d, now just making some adjustments on the levels inside photoshop and soon the final entry is done.
