Hi there! I added a little more details. There are versions with ghost arms and without. I still not sure about this element.

Hi, I am still here 
I changed the direction of the concept so It looks more like witch now. That was hard decision to delete all clothes and make it from scratch, but I am glad how everything looks. I am going to add some witch attribute to the neck and the belt and feathers on the bottom line of the skirt.

Highpoly's update. Almost ready, just need to push some elements and make sculpt details.
Also tested background color, still don't know which color will be better for character.
Bake with some polypaint. I am starting to texture!
Ghost arms are going to be later with the rest textures.
WIP textures and test render. Maybe I'll fix the pose a bit and make the lights in the scene another way.

I have finished my character for ArtWar5! It was my first participation in competition and it was extremely fun and helped me grow up as an artist. Thanks all for your comments! Good luck to all entries!
