i don't think i ever heard of any issue for Mauritius though But then again i never heard of any Mauritian joining any international web contest hahaOh I just saw the update! Thanks for allowing friends/family to collect the prizes
what about Brazil? :v Again I cant participate in a contest because of USA's law?!?!?! :v
This might not seem like the smartest question, but I'm from Bulgaria and 17, so should I get a parent to write that "statement" in Bulgarian or should I write them one in English and just have them sign it? I have never come across something like this before...
I'm trying to look for some friends or family outside of Québec but my nearest family members are in Denmark XD. Oh well, a good piece for my portfolio is a great reward itself. Thanks Marc, I know you understand the struggles of the artists of Québec and elsewhere.
Government here fu**ing sucks that's why. It is probably because of the TAX policies, that can go up to 70% of the product price.
Fortunately enough, my stepfather is french and he can enter for me.
Damn shame, and it's all on our state of clowns.
Pretty sure in english, since the moderators of Cubebrush will also have to read the statement. Or maybe have both languages on the statement?
Fair enough.
Unfortunately! You can join to show off your skills but can't win. Maybe let a family member overseas join for you?
Good day, I have a question,So I'm 16 and lives in the Philippines, can my relative(over 18 yrs old) from Alberta, Canada enter for me with no problem or do I still have to submit a written statement from my parents (because I'm still under the legal age)? Thanks!!Happy Holidays
I am not able find India in the country's which are eligible to participate for this contest. Is it an error or we are not eligible?
*Because of Brazil's laws.
The list of eligibility is accurate and up to date - there are no errors.
@jcg If your relative is eligible and is the one entering "on paper" then that's all there is to it.
Can I just take part even if I am not eligible for winning/available-for-shipping i.e. ? (India , tbh lame country anyway)
So My country is not on the list (Mongolia). But i have a friend in the us and japan. They can receive my prizes for me. That mean's im possible to participate right?
I'm from india, I've a friend in Australia .. can he represent me ?If yes, does he have to create his own account and enter the contest so i can post my work in his name? ( hope i made sense )
@nevs36 you can post yourself and from your account - but in case you win, he has to state that he was the one who entered and will receive the prices (for you).
i have a question about the no mix fantasy/scifi rule. is that rule only for the champion or for the support chars too? had an idea that my champion (fantasy) kicks some bots/mechs asses.
Thank you so much! ^__^ will definitely inform him about this.
So I am under the age of majority in the U.S, where would you want me to send the signed written statement? And how would you want me to do it? Should I just take a picture of the letter and send it in an email? Should the letter state their full names and mine?
@infleims you can include enemies in your illustration.
@myssinee you can enter now without it - just make sure you ask someone older if they are willing to enter "on the paper" for you in case you win. If you win, you'll get exact direction on how the statement should look.
