This new comp seems to be inspired from Crow Gods Ranger Galaxy Shyvana
You character design looks really badass. Love the helmet design you have going on. The pose is good and I like the composition. Team sci-fi for the win. Keep up the good work there.

Whipped up a new comp, was thinking of giving her a new weapon. Her shield is making her pretty hard to pose.

I personally like the early version pose. With this one, can you just have the weapon in the other hand and the shield on the right arm? I like the shape of the mech in the background. How about you have one leg going more forward as if she is walking and have her hold her weapon over her shoulder. This way you can show the weapon and shield an give her that getting ready for battle type of vibe a bit more. She'll also still be a Badass which is always great. Keep it up bro. I'll need your feedback when I make some comps. We gotta help the sci-fi win

Love the character design, very cool. Maybe something where the weapon used to be that can provide a diagonal line toward the figure?

Alright guys, after a much needed break I did some thinking myself. I felt everyone in this competition had their characters set right to their lore or theme in terms of looks. Whereas when i looked at mine, i asked myself : Is this the face of justice? Because justice should look more rightful and my current face looked lost in translation. Did abit more brainstorming and i felt this is the right thing to do.

Basically i gave her a new helmet, added a virtual halo as well as a cloak to make it look like wings. Welp, the berserker bad-ass just got a touch of softness to her now haha.

Amazing concept! As for the illustration, I think you should take the "dancing through the battlefield" phrase to the feeling, IMO it would be amazing the see her slaying enemies in a flowy gesture.

I hope it doesn't sound like I'm being picky or something but I'm not feeling the pose at the moment. The angel of the scene is great. She's look down on us and showing that she is an all power full being. I feel like current pose might work even better if there is another character in the scene that looks like it's about to be attacked and defending itself with its arm(s) or something
If not, pointing the weapon at the viewer can make things more dynamic. Giving a feeling of, "I'm on top of everything" or "I am the champion!!"
She already has this cool facial expression as quote on quote basic it is, but it works in her case. Loving the work you've been doing. Also I like the weapon design. Keep up the good work.
The rest of the sketch is good by the way. I like the moon an house structures going on in the background.
