Here is another update.. I just bought the proko arm course, but still have ways to go xD I've still not started on the back muscles, so there are a lot of things to go through still! I can't wait to learn all the muscles! I'm also doing alot of basic form practice , merging and bending them together.

One of my biggest struggles is to never use reference... I'm trying to change that now, its holding me back alot i think. Here i'm trying to analyze everething I can learn from a reference. Still more to figure out. More to come later. Just a quick share. If you have any good advice. please share the knowledge
