This looks really nice! I love the contrasting shadows and the values are working very well.

I think you did a good job adding the textures for the lips, eyes and hair, but the skin looks a little blotchy around the nose and jaw. Also, removing most of the line work for the hair would really bring this to another level.

Hoping to see more!
