I have just discovered this contest not long ago, I hope I can make it in time.
I will go for the god of death Ahriman, but rework it from total scratch. Will post some development sketches below.

Alright , made up my mind, and started to block out a rough overall value.
Plan to finish up greyscale up to a point then proceed to coloring, and then details
Hope can proceed more during Chinese New Year break.
