Hi guys!
As soon as I saw the accouncement for Art War 2 I got really excited and it got my creative juices pumping. I've been thiking about my concept and doing a bunch of research, and here's what i'm gonna do.
The idea is a young witch who's able to invoke her dead grandmother, who was a very powerful witch herself. Her grandmother appears from under her dress and they fuse together. She then becomes the ultimate witch, a symbiosis between the new and ancient arts of black magic.

I'm trying to develop a style that has a balance between dark and gritty but also clean and cartoonish. For this project, but also for myself as an artist in general.
