Great armor design. I especially love that skull mask!
Of your layouts, I think any of the top 4 could work. The bottom two are not saying anything new that your character sheet image is already saying. 1, 2 and 4 seem the most dynamic, with the first one probably being my favorite. Good luck whichever one you choose!
