Hey everyone,

Glad to be apart of this challenge again! Had a great time last year and hope to show my improvement this year.

I'm going with an idea I had of a champion of light being brought up to heaven by "angels" so to speak. It's still fairly loose, but I like the direction so far.

So, I decided to go a different route visually. Same concept, champion of light being carried away to heaven by golden angels. But just something a bit more unique. The classic Paladin look was something I always imagined, but was just feeling a little stale, so I'm doing a sort of knight meets aztec culture and rolling with that.

Great skecthes! My favourite design is the first on the left, with the tiger cloak. First illustration drafts look quite nice as well. I am curious how the angels will look like

Wow, thank god there was an extension or I don't think I'd have time to squeeze this in. Here is a WIP, just wrapped up some work yesterday so let's see if I can finish this in time

Did you manage to make any more progress on this piece? It's looking awesome. I love your balance of colours.

And yeah I'm super grateful for the extensions as well. I definitely needed it to finish on time. Though I really wish I was better organized and had finished weeks earlier haha.
