Here’s a ‘smol’ reference to the concept I’ve been thinking of. I’m sticking with the demon idea. About the Spade motif, I’m not sure if that’ll stay in the final concept. This is my first Art War, so I’m a little nervous, butI can’t wait to see all of the other entries~!!

I'm super into the silhouette! It's a really strong point in the design so far.

I really like that idea! I also see that you have a great sense/taste of color scheme, as well as good dynamics in over character design! Very impressive.
Also, as much as I adore those giant gauntlets, if you really want to stick to succubus theme, I guess you should explore 1st variant more, by adding more design elements, like wings or maybe some more fancy dress elements, or maybe even some elements! As good as 2nd variant is, it gives me more of an imp vibe rather than succubus vibe. (But of course it all depends on whatever you like the most ^^)

This is my first Art War as well, despite that Art War is still a very young competition, so don't be too nervous, just be active on forum, leave a lot of feedback for other participants and you will find a lot of help here really fast! (Btw care to check out my first thumbnails, there are not much, still worth checking out!)

I will make sure to follow this post! So I will be waiting for more progress from you!

SO, I'm thinking about trying the Mechanical Imp/Succubus theme. I was thinking about how the fact that she's part imp could contribute to how she views the world (obviously) and how people treat her. honestly, it's still in the works.

Nice designs. I like the little spikes above her feet maybe that could be mirrored somewhere else. What is an Imp? lol I was just playing a game and these little flying imps kept fucking me up until I rage quit.

Ah, Thank you! I forgot to label those spikes, they were supposed to be like ankle guards. Also, Imps are tiny mischievous demons, so it's understandable why they made you rage quit lolol

So you have decided to go with more combat ready design, rather than more seductive one(I liked first one better xd). You have some really nice ideas for that one! Yet I must say that new colors look kinda dull in comparison with original one, they felt more darker and devilish, badass!
Then I see she has a shield inbuilt into her gauntlets, but here I have and idea, make her gauntlets more rounder and bulky on the sides, so they would be shields by default, they would also gain additional points in destructive potential!
So far so good! (shame tho that sexy concept is lost now =[)

I agree with you, as I was coming up with combat ideas the colors began to look less bland than the darker version, so I see where you're coming from. That gauntlet shield idea actually sounds like that might be a lot more efficient. I'll have to try that out Thank you for the feedback!
