They're all pretty muted colors. Does than mean that she's going to be on the side of Dark? (It's not immediately clear yet.) I like the ones with a hint of purple in there, but I suppose that might be less appropriate if she were on the light side. Good luck whatever you choose!

Yea, I think I am quite set with the dark side since the colours I've played around are in that direction I do like the purple ones aswell, Thanks!

WIP of chosen colour

Story so far,
She woke up stunned by the changes in her, her chest had also sprouted bumps that looked like seeds. Her beloved sugarglider was also effected and turned incorporeal. Devastated by this accident, her long brewing rage shot through her body and she had only one thing in mind - take revenge on those who had caused her pain and sorrow.

Personally I like the sugargliders colors right now! I would even consider adding some of that blue into the womans outfit. Just a suggestion though, I'm not sure how well it would work lol

That could work! I wanted her top to be lighter than the dress and atm the tones are too similar but with the sugarglider's colours in the top it could add some more unison overall. Thanks!

@Mellowochi I added hints of the saturated purple from the sugarglider to her top and immediately it looked much better !

I think I am quite happy with the design at the moment. I will sleep on it and work on some splash composition of this character.

Some composition ideas
I wanted her to use the sugarglider to suck the life our of her victims. The life sources is then used to grow the seeds which is how she and her sugarglider survives.

I get the story behind your illustration, but only after reading your posts. Just by looking at the picture itself - which is what the judges will be doing - her sitting in a chair quietly using her device doesn't make her feel like a warrior at all. It's a nice pose and composition, but is it the right choice for an Art War?

You're quite right about being an art war and how this isn't portraying the feel of a 'warrior'.
I wanted her to be alluring and powerful but it seems like the illustration is short of something.
