Hello, first timer on posting my artwork for a contest haha. Here are the sketches I have so far, hopefully I can refine this into a finished piece but I hope you all like it! I am still learning so it might be a bit slow.

My character is on the Dark side, with powers focusing on manipulation and puppeteering. I have it so that the eyes represents manipulation of the mind, while all the hands represent manipulation of the body. Underneath her clothes, is a mannequin body as well, hence the name Quinn (not so original right? I am horrible with names). I wanted to take the more jesterly, fun approach in a dark light.

If there is any way I can improve on this then it is all welcome!

Great work on your illustration so far and I love your character! What is her backstory?

Thank you! Her backstory comes along the lines of being a mannequin originally, and was constantly used as a puppet. The anger and malice built up let her control her own fate, while controlling others and she have lots of fun doing so.
Currently I want a pretty dark and tragic backstory, but I am not so sure on how dark I should go.
