I really like the newer concept a bit more as well. I believe the anatomy is working a lot better as well. Really nice color palette. Nice use of warm and cools so far, Keep up the good work.

@racnos haha like a glass crystal she made herself partly out of her magic and partly from the super heated earth that turned to glass when she landed

It's great how you iterate her design, much better now in my opinion ^^ I like her crown and her strong face impression. And this kinda "wings" on her back are great too. Maybe the crown is little bit too much spikey in comparison to the "wings" and the whole design?

@frankenstejin haha thanks man I really wanted to show people my unfiltered process . thats a good point with the crown, I was gonna play with her silhouette next so that goes to the top of the list

@sanguine haha thank you its mostly because in the final artwork she is going to be the most saturated focal point of the piece, (also I was sneaky with the shift into the light desaturated yellows and oranges that balance out saturated colours )

Love how your idea evolves! I do agree with frankensteijn about the crown silhouette, but I do not doubt whatever alteration you will decide (or none at all!) will suit the character just fine.

Lovely design and especially colors Of these latest thumbs, I feel that 1 and 3 are slightly stronger because there's more visual interest in the silhouette.
Great work so far, looking forward to seeing more!
