So... I’m very new to using forums so please bare with me lol. Here’s my initial sketches to get something down on paper so to speak. But now after seeing all these amazing entries and I know I need to push my design further. Looking forward to being apart of this community!

I’m liking my idea more and more but I really want to push the design and idea. I’m thinking about making the weapon she weighs living like a venom or witchblade type thing. And maybe having aspects of her armor and abilities energy like a shield(Reinhardt overwatch) or green lantern like projections. Any constructive criticisms appreciated! Thanks everyone!

Try to think what can you use to enhance the character design! like mixing it with some iconic culture or adding animal-related shapes. That will help to design for sure!

Thanks a lot! I was thinking bird but I might look into doing more dragon like or something now something a little different from a normal Valkyrie

What helps me to push design and ideas sometimes is to just sketch and block out shapes/etc without focus too much on detail. You can always come back and make things look great, you've got some great linework!

It seems like you're quite set on this initial idea, so I recommend you try alternate versions (just paint right over the character, don't worry about keeping it clean).
