tons of thank you fellow artists @aveon and @diegolucesole !! Really working to make her freaky !

Have worked on her relics, and artifacts made of bones, skulls, and misc stuff. And reworked her dresscode to fit the new design. I must say i'm happy of this new direction. I don't feel stuck anymore, hope you'll like her too ! Did some quick renders into modo before starting the clothes cleaning :

I see a small problem - floating chicken legs

She's looking creepy as ever nice details!

@zyp you are right ! No rope yet, will do directly in low poly. Thanks for the nice comments !

i like the mood in the render, sweet are you just going to plug in the design into marmoset and not do all the "game related processes" there are no rules against that just curious.

This is amazing man! Wow! Is it Baba Yaga?? I really dig that pale satanic version  Awesome amount of updates too! Really cool man. Keep it up!

TOns of thanks fellow artists !
@zyp Thanks man ! The character is current gen ready (i think around 100 000 tris when finished - but i did Zremesher on the Skulls... Too lazy to retopo...) but i really think i'll render into modo, really love the renderer and as you said, no rules, so let's work like a fat pig

@n1agara Thank you so much ! Yeah i really like russian/slavic culture, especially in this contest so yeah, you totally got it, i think my 3 main ref are babayaga, the scourge in warcraft III and the movie THE WITCH, i don't know if you"ve seen it, but great ref. I do like the pale version too, so i'll try to keep her this way.

@be-evrard Thanks man, so glad you like ! Hope you like what's next !

@fantasymaster I'm flattered man, love your skin shader.

@FemCharles no skill here  but big thanks !! This is a cheaty option that makes everything beautiful since marmoset 2.08. But modo does the same trick, with more parameters, so next renders should be better !

Looking for Yersinia to find a real personality, so i did some quick paintover to find my way out of this mess. All suggestions welcome !

Ninight friends !

HAHA! lara croft it is for me!
somehow she looks sexy that way  i'm confused... maybe i should give my orc the same haircut ..

btw. awesome overpaints you did there!!!

Hard to say no to Mr. Kingsley, but yeah I think the long hair (Lara croft) fits better. Maybe adding a bit more white hair on it on that one too

MUAHARHARHAR!! Go with number 5. With the glasses it looks like she pretends to be a nice grandma.

Hahaha those hairstyles are awesome man! Great job on this!

I love the progress you've done since the contest started. The pale render you posted earlier looks great, and I think the mood of the character is better without the hood. Your paintovers have great personality. In my opinion I pick 2,5,6... I think if you can mix 2 and 6 the overall look will fit. Paintover 5 is awesome man, it makes me chuckle. Not sure if you want to go that route but either way I think it will be a good choice. Look forward to more updates man!

Ahah Thank you for those great feedbacks everyone ! !!
@maxloegler Yeah let's make this challenge a haircut challenge !! COuld be funnier and more really original !
@RogerP Thanks ! I'll definitely go for white hair. I was suprise the way she looks like Ben Kingsley with a beard ! Ahah !
@fantasymaster Ahah Yes a grandma, or an angry old schoolteacher !
@Zinc Thanks bro for the great ref and paintover, you nailed it perfectly !
@crazymoon Thanks man ! I would do more post like this if i find the time ! This challenge is too serious !
@loraine_howard_iii Thanks for the kind words man ! I like paintovers, i'm too slow to figure out things directly into zbrush, so this is a quicker way to find my directions... And have stupid ideas ! In fact, i was already going on something like #6 - really want that "realistic" touch that the WITCH movie has. So this old woman doesn't care about her style anymore.
I would love to make a "funny" haircut if i have the time before the deadline, but i've been working on some very thin layers of white hair. See below !
@speranza_east Thanks ! Glad you like !

Have been playing with UE4 to see how the head would react (lights/SSS/normal details/roughness...) and i must say the results have been better than what i expected. So i finished the arms, and started to setup scene, lights and materials. Really really love how the SSS turned out. Feeling excited about what's next. Moreover i prefer the rendering, and i can also animate her with proper particle systems, which i will need to "materialize" the death/disease spreading around her. Some UE4 screenshots :

This last one shows the Subsurface Color Pass.
