Got some color options done for Mr. Demon and trying to push for another alt design with a cool weapon. Excited to get this guy into zbrush soon!

Progress, after a couple of tweaks this will be page 9 of concept art for this guy. Thoughts? Think it may be time to move out of the design/iteration phase and on to the high-poly sculpt.

Totally love how you adapt the real world animals to these design (like hyena in the bottom right corner). How much time did it take to make one quick sketch like these ones?
Thanks! Super fun to paint from references on top of loose abstract shapes or thumbnail. These took between 20-40min each.
