Photoshop 2 - Assignments

-Part A

Been using Photoshop for some time but never really used the pen tool so its been really great learning to utilise more of the software. Thought I would work on a Logo to stamp on my art work, just wanted something simple.

The creatures I struggled with for some time to try and match the effects slowly got them closer and closer but some of the effects. First one failed quite bad but it would of been nice to have a PSD to have a look at how they were set up. Also looked at making 2d game assets for a sprite sheet and found that fun as well.

Messed around with some simple repeating brushes; Particle, Rope, Zip, Chain and Chain Mail.

Cheers @mau.wamp I'm very please with this piece.
Got some feedback from Marc on the weekly stream and I've made some slight tweaks which i think help with adding depth to the image.

+Darker shadows closer to the camera.
+Shadows in the grooves of rocks when close to the camera.

I also added a slight soft edge to some of the shadows and some motion blur leafs. Hopefully it will add a little bit of motion to the image.
