Forgot username or password?
Hi, thanks for the comment. It would be an option, but since this is happening to me and I am not signed in via facebook. so I dont know.. maybe some random bug. Hope its fixed soon haha

@andrewnimble Unfortunately I can't do much about your avatar. Have you tried using different computers/OS and browsers? Or different extensions like .gif, .jpg or .png?

Now you've got a different name, some previous tags and replies could be broken but that's nothing major, I think.
Hello. Tried every possible format, 2 different PCs and an iPad and 4 different browsers. Still no progress though. Avatar always changes in my settings panel and is also visible while browsing the store, but when I switch to "FORUMS" it disappears, same goes for the username. I really like this forum, but this annoys me a lot Is there anyone who can fix that? It must be something in the code of forums or I don't know I'm not an IT expert .
I don't know why this keeps happening, either, but as I said before I can change your name if you want. For further technical help it's best to send an e-mail to Cubebrush directly.

The capitalisation of my username wasn't what I initially entered and I've been unable to change it in the profile, it just reverts to little letters. Would a moderator be able to change it for me please? It's meant to be LalaD.

I am having this exact same identity crisis. I uploaded an avatar and changed my username in the settings, they saved correctly and are reflect on the upper right corner icon, but not when I enter the forum.
