Cant withdraw my earnings

Hello! I have sent a few support tickets during the last year, but I got no reply... I want to withdraw my accumulated shop earnings via Bank transfer or PayPal. I entered my PayPal account, but withdrawal is not processing at the beginning of the month... need help.
