This is looking really good cody! Looking really fantastic! Nice thickness on all of the windows! The only thing that sticks out to me is some of the lines on the front face of the building have different angles on them which makes them look a bit angles. I think if you can get these parallel to eachother it should help it look tighter. Great work Cody keep it up!

thanks for the feedback I will try my best to keep my lines more parallel. I also hope you have a great day

I probably spent too much time on this today without looking away so there's bound to be mistakes. here's my 3 point perspective so far

this was my attempt at shading the piece and adding some color. I also have the shaded version by itself. I know I have a long way to go but critique is welcome.

thanks, I'm quite happy with how it turned out but I definitely need to work on color and shading.

Perspective study looks great Cody.
Its cool that you also added the basic shading - I also sometimes end up liking the drawing and adding some shading too - but you dont need to worry about making it look super perfect on a perspective study, cause eventually you will do some shading studies and then when you feel comfortable, you can bring everything together. Great job, keep improving!!

man you guys are so kind, I've still got so much to improve upon but thank you. ill keep doing my best.

i decided to go back and try this study since i only did it once. I've been struggling with the connecting area for the lower half of the body to the top lately in my drawings, any tips would be greatly appreciated. but overall i think my line work is getting a little stronger.

This is nice Cody..!
A bit of unsolicited advice, try making the pecs a bit bigger (I think the lower part of the muscle is below the 2nd line from the top) and the pelvis too. His abdomen is a bit long..

Keep going Cody.. rooting for your improvement..

this is a drawing from imagination to practice full face proportions as I am still quite bad at them. but I hope to improve as always I welcome critique.

i also have this piece from a week back. i spent a good chunk of 30 min correcting stuff

With the proportions exersize make sure your elipse is hitting the top of that box, In general I just think the torso is to long is what is causing the problem. My just cleaned my glove so I tried to draw a quick thing with my mouse. I moved the torso down on the female so you can see what i am talking about. Let me know if this doesnt make sense hope it helps!

thanks for the help i knew something was wrong i just couldn't quite figure it out. a lot of the time i just need someone else's perspective. thanks for the help

No problem. I think as long as you make the elipse for the oval take up the whole box you will be good!

I'm quite happy with this study since i did it quick and fluently. i think drawing the scribble circles really helped make it easier. I did not measure anything i kinda just eyed it and accentuated the pose a little more. and once again I'm open to critique.

Keep it up! Going from measuring to using quick observation is a big increase in dificulty!
