Not much to add since this is pretty early on the process.

The colors are a bit cold overall, is she supposed to be scary? if not, it'd do well to add some warmer color, or alter either the green or blue to a more complimentary color.

Also, the design is a bit bland. Maybe you could do something fun like adding "ghost" shackles that connects them to her. On a serious note; It's in its early stage, so looking forward to see what you'll do with it!

The perspective dosen't really work for me. Her body is in a foreshorten perspective but her head and part of the collarbone are more or less in a front perspective.
Also i think even with the foreshorten perspective her legs are pretty long.
I made 2 quick redlines to show it:

the right one is just more extrem and fits more i think the perspective which your figure has now.

Oh shiv0r, where art thou shiv0r.....thank you for the critique..the arm lenghs and the collar bone stuffs and the legs stuffs.....but I like to draw long legs so i'll keep the leg stuffs.......I was painting over 10 hours yesturday and this one was done at the end when my face hurt...not my head but my face don't know why i'm just sayin.....(I'd have put a certain type of joke here but don't want to get banned....it's all i'm sayin) is it weird I even consider your red little figures as awesome works of art....do you have an artbook....I would totally buy it if you did!!! imma try and do your pose thing cause it looks sooo much better than my- anyway i'm com'n for ya shivr0r
