I think the character is awesome. If anything I would suggest to paint over your lines to a color that is similar to the material next to it. For example the areas that are gold with all the dashing lines, you can make the lines a darker gold or some kind of orange. Some areas of the piece you seem to have painted out the lines nicely so just keep doing that into you feel good about the piece or when you feel like you got enough of the lines that make it feel cartoony out. You can bring an overwatch piece right next to yours to always compare.
Besides that I would add a brighter light to the head of the character because the value of the weapon is really bright and attracts my eyes alot. I also think it would be best to change the background to a more blueish color to contrast better with the yellow armor. If your using photoshop you can control balance the color to +40 or something. Other than those things, this is an awesome character. Really great work.
