I understand the requirement of no art recycling. I got my digital illustration teacher to say I can work on my entry for this in class as my final project. That's acceptable, right?

@pixelgrotte Final Illustration has to have at least 2048x2048 pixels (any format), while the Concept Sheet has to be exactly 2048x2048 pixels.

@naka hmm I'm not sure why it's doing it. Yes, the file you put up is only 1638x1638. Does it still do it if you make the file size smaller, while keeping it 2048x2048 big?

Maaan, I already started my sketch, but, just now, I read requirements. Why did you do the most annoying and useless part of Dominance War type competitions- Concept Sheet?
I dont know any artists in this world who likes to do front and back views. It kills all fun =(

But overall, good topic and I wish you guys will make more big challenges like that. Good luck everyone, I guess, I'll finish my drawing outside of this art war anyway

@romanbashkatov it's up to you to make it clear to everyone that it's sci-fi!
If a person looks at your character, will they be confused, or will they immediately know it's sci-fi? There's your answer

Hi, I am having trouble uploading my final image. It's a 5400x7200 px image that gets reduced to 1770x2359 px. Is there a way to get around this or should I provide a link to another website where I can upload it with the higher resolution?

@Khulim you will need to make the file size smaller - either make the image a bit smaller, or compress it a bit.
You can also post a link to a higher resolution if you want, but your entry that will be judged (with the dimensions as stated in rules) should be uploaded on the forums.

All the restrictions should already be mentioned in the Rules. Also keep it viewable for others on the forum, no NSFW.
