This is quote from FAQ.
I finished my illustration a couple days ago. It was the hardest part for me. I had an idea, so I chose the composition to express it the best. And my illustration is "depicting my champion in all her glory", as said in requirements.

So... Am I disqualified now because I did not think of asking that question and I have something about... 60% of character?

@fio no, you are not disqualified. The 80% is a rule of thumb, no one will really count the percentage. Whether they see it as a minus that illustration isn't full body, or won't care at all is up to the judges.

Question: should I upload both images in first message in my topic, or I can just create new message with final entry?
I really sorry for my paranoia, but I'm afraid of mistakes with my entry presentation because of yesterday servers crush (and I never participated in contest with personal topics before). Is it possible to ask moderator to check correctness of my entry?

I checked your entry, everything is good!

Everyone else: you can post your final pictures either in a new post or the first post, it makes no difference. It would be best if both (or all) final pictures were in the same post. To make it clear write something like "Final Illustration: " "Concept Sheet: " above the pictures.

@acolet,,,for the final illustration, at least 2048 x 2048 means it must be bigger but not smaller than that size right?...like for example 4000 x 6000. I asked you this cos i saw some artists had their illustrations resized at 2048 on one side (eg.2048 x 4200) so it had me confused whether to resize one side of my FINAL ILLUSTRATION image to 2048..Please clarify..

@mylee yes, bigger but not smaller. You don't have to resize it, but if your picture is too big for the forum, the forum will resize it down automatically (to a wrong size!).

Hey I uploaded my final guy but I didn't notice saving or uploading my flat image compressed my pixels below the requirements you guys have set. Is it cool if I edit the post or is that totally cheating?

@johnnybillydobby make a new reply, explain that you are just posting the correct size.
To make the forum stop resizing your picture, you need to make the file size of the pic smaller.
