This week is about legs muscles

While looking back at last week assignment I have spotted a huge mistake....I had brachialis on opposite sides, this because I confused hand posture...so I corrected and now it show pronator and triceps

First of three environment master study...still wip out of 3 hour of drawing...I guess I would be out of schedule again this week

It's from a book "Incal" writen by Alejandro Jodorowsky and draw by Moebius (Jean Giraud) the pic come from the net, I just did a search, but I owe a book in my collection. If you want to take a look at it I must warn you that contain adult contents.

I always wanted to do studies of things like these but I was alwys scared by the complexity, I am happy to at least getting the tool to study.

New week, new assignment ! Today's studies are drawing lower muscles and feet from reference ! (one out of twnenty )

Hey there, great studies as always!

One thing I do notice in these last lower extremities is that the quadriceps (in this case we would be seeing vastus medialis and rectus femoris) is stretched when the knee is flexed so it gives the upper part of the leg a more curved or straight appearance with the peak convexity more proximal, in these it would seem like there is a bulge there or that it is contracting very hard despite the position like in those spazzing animations that you see in anime like ghost in the shell

let me see if I got right what you are saying...do you mean curves like these ? (where I pointed out) looking at it again. once you told me, it look very unnatural.

Edit: Damn, why I didn't saw this ? You are right ! Quadriceps are stretched but I contracted It ! I would go back to study more real ref, thank Snakker !

4 feet out of 5. Today is tuesday, if i keep whit this pace I should complete the 20 feet sunday. I love deadlines it always give me some adrenaline I guess !
