So this was a very interesting piece to do for 2 reasons:
1) The position of the arm (raised up)
2) My theory is that the shorts she is wearing, they are very misleading wrt where her pelvis really is

What do you think? Did I get it right?

it's hard to tell with the orientation of the obliques, however the pelvis seems correct. regarding the rights arm. I think more bone would be visible to separate the two muscles (not sure what they are called off the top of my head) but that could just be a personal preference (im using my arm as reference).

Damn this arm angle was hard to break down.

@HANDRO I think you may be right. Probably it would have more bone showing up from that angle. Will keep this in mind for the new ones. Thanks for the feedback!

Ended up trying to help Cyan Knight with his/her anatomy model on the forearms. It was, also for me, a very difficult pose and model to breakdown, but I did my best.

very nice the only thing i would change (i think its subjective depending on what you see) the triceps would be more visible - as in less bone and tendon - from that angle.

your getting really good at these.

Started hands today (again).

And again, behold: the shaaaaaame!

This sucks so hard that I almost didn’t post anything. But hey, we are all learning right? No reason to be embarrassed by something like this.

its not bad dan. my first attempt at hands always looked bad. plus i forgot the finger nails haha.

remember you have hands so use them as reference. (in my case the hands i draw look like man hands...)

Alright, there’s some improvement.

This one doesn’t suck as much 😝
But some adjustments are still needed. And just like @HANDRO said, using your own hand as reference helps a lot.

Back to hands, back to the grind.

Today experimented a bit with more stylized version of it + new brush + weird grayscale shade.

Turned out really weird, but it was good to get out of the comfort zone and play around a little.

Thanks! I'm starting the next part of the hands tutorial next week. Hopefully it will help get a different perspective into things. And nothing like one day after another, right?
